I'd lived it. I knew what it cost — in confidence, in clarity, in career. So I built FemPhase to give women what I didn't have: real support, practical tools, and someone who actually understood.

My approach is evidence-based and outcomes-focused. I work with individuals navigating this stage and with organisations who want to stop losing their best people to something entirely manageable — when it's understood.
